The Louisiana Ragin Cajuns men’s basketball team has quite a few big-name matchups when it comes to their non-conference slate in 2017-18. The slate, which was released on Thursday is highlighted by a season-opener against Ole Miss and a trip to Cayman Islands
The team will take part in 13 non-conference games in addition to their 18 games in conference. Tip-off times will be announced at a later time.
The Cajuns will start the season on the road on November 10th when they take on Ole Miss, the night before Cajuns football takes on the Rebels.
The Cajuns will then open up the home schedule inside the newly renovated Cajundome with a pair of games against Louisiana College (November 14th) and Savannah State (November 17th).
The Cajuns will then head over to the Cayman Islands for the Cayman Island Classic from November 20-22.
The Cajuns will then take on six straight opponents from in-state during the month of December and close out their non-conference slate on December 22nd against Clemson.
