Aneesah Morrow is coming to Baton Rouge.
The DePaul sophomore forward announced on social media Friday that she was transferring to play for Kim Mulkey and the defending national champion LSU Tigers.
Morrow was an impact player at DePaul from jump.
Her freshman season saw the 6-foot-1 Morrow start all 33 games and led the Blue Demons in scoring (21.9 points), rebounding (13.8) and total steals (89) and blocks (60). Morrow also set the DePaul single-season record for rebounds and rebounding average and was named BIG EAST Freshman of the Year.
Morrow followed that up by finishing in the Top 10 nationally in scoring average (25.7 points) and rebounds (12.2). The only other player to rank in the Top 10 in both categories was LSU All-American Angel Reese.
Morrow also recorded 87 steals and 42 blocks and earned All-American third-team honors during the 2022-23 season.
Morrow becomes the second All-American player to transfer to LSU in the past two weeks. The first one was Louisville point guard Hailey Van Lith.
Morrow will have two years of eligibility remaining.
