The NFL Scouting Combine wrapped up on Sunday.
More than 320 players participated in the annual event inside Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis. The hundreds of players took part in physical drills and spent hours being interviewed by NFL personnel, all to be selected in the upcoming NFL Draft.
Among those hundreds were five former area high school stars who were looking to impress coaches, general managers, and scouts. Those five area players were Zy Alexander of Loreauville High, Trey Amos of Catholic High-New Iberia, Jack Bech of St. Thomas More, Trevor Etienne of Jennings High, and Tre Harris of Comeaux High.
