After overcoming the elements last Friday against Appalachian State, the Louisiana Ragin Cajuns continued to move up in the rankings on Tuesday, checking in at No. 19 in the latest College Football Playoff Top 25.
The program already made a huge move in the rankings earlier this week, coming in at No. 17 in both the Associated Press Top 25 and the USA Today/Amyway Coaches Poll. Sunday’s rankings mark the highest the team has ever been in the modern era in both polls.
The Cajuns will return to action next Saturday, December 19th against Coastal Carolina in the Sun Belt Conference Championship Game with kickoff set for 11 am.
