OMAHA, Neb. — The pairings and game times for the first two days of the Men’s College World Series have been announced. The 69th MCWS will take place at TD Ameritrade Park Omaha in Omaha, Nebraska from June 13-23/24.
The first game on Saturday is scheduled to begin at 2 p.m. (CT), and will see Arkansas (40-23) play against Virginia (37-22). Saturday’s second game features No. 4 national seed Florida (46-19) against No. 5 national seed Miami (FL) (49-15), and is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. (CT)
The doubleheader on Sunday features No. 7 national seed TCU vs. No. 2 national seed LSU (53-10) at 2 p.m. (CT). In the evening game starting at 7 p.m. (CT), Cal St. Fullerton will be squaring off against Vanderbilt.
The losers of Saturday’s two games will play one another at 2 p.m. (CT) Monday, June 15. While Saturday’s winners face off at 7 p.m. (CT) Monday, June 15. The losers of Sunday’s games will play each other at 2 p.m. (CT) Tuesday, June 16. Sunday’s winners will meet Tuesday, June 16 at 7 p.m. (CT).
The winners of the two brackets will play a best-of-three championship finals (CWS Finals), with the first game set for 7 p.m. (CT) on Monday, June 22. The second game is scheduled for 7 p.m. (CT) on Tuesday, June 23, while the third and deciding game (if necessary) is slated for 7 p.m. (CT) on Wednesday, June 24.
