It’s not often you see the LSU Tigers (18-9, 4-3 SEC) commit as many errors as they did on Thursday night against Texas A&M (18-9, 2-5 SEC).
While the Tigers committed three errors on the night, it still doesn’t excuse the 4-0 loss in the first game of a three game set against the Aggies.
After the first four innings, Texas A&M got on the board with a two-run shot from Nick Choruby, his third of the season.
The Aggies would then close the door in the top of the ninth with a two-run single from Cole Bedford.
Despite a solid effort, Alex Lange dropped to 3-3 on the season allowing two runs off of nine hits, walked one, and struck out 12 batters.
The Tigers will try and even the series on Friday with first pitch scheduled for 8 pm.
