As we get closer to the start of the 2018 baseball season, the preseason all-America and all-conference lists have started to come out and one LSU Tiger has been named to one of those lists.
Sophomore outfielder Zach Watson was named on Tuesday to the 2018 Perfect Game third-team preseason all-America Squad. Watson hit a team-best .318 last season with nine doubles, three triples, and nine homers as a freshman. That was enough to earn him 2017 Freshman All-America and Freshman All-SEC honors.
LSU baseball will start their season off on February 16th when they take on Notre Dame inside Alex Box Stadium.
