The 2017 baseball season for the state of Louisiana featured quite a few players that have caught the attention of the big publications. Baseball America is just the latest one to do so and there are three players that were named by to the All-America Team, two of which were first team All-American.
The Louisiana Ragin Cajuns had one of their own in Wyatt Marks named to the first team as a relief pitcher with a 2-1 record and a solid 2.38 ERA. The junior also had a solid strikeout to walk ratio with 100 Ks and 25 BBs.
LSU’s Greg Deichmann was also named to the first team, while Alex Lange was named to the second team.
