Storylines
Rondo Out with Sprained Wrist
The Pelicans ball movement has been solid throughout the last four ballgames and that can largely be attributed to Rajon Rondo. With the veteran being out with a sprained wrist this evening, it will be interesting to see if that same kind of ball movement will be in play this evening.
Hobbled Rockets
While the Pelicans are likely exhausted after playing three games in three nights, it seems like the Rockets are worse for wear as well with Chris Paul out along with forward Luc Mbah a Moute being doubtful for tonight as they’re getting ready for a back-to-back as they’ll host the Atlanta Hawks on Sunday.
