Storylines
Owning the Razorbacks
LSU baseball has Arkansas’ number. Don’t believe me, the Tigers have won a whopping 12 of the last 13 regular-season meetings. You have that kind of advantage over any team, it weighs a lot on who could come away with the series win. You add the fact that they’re at the box where some strange things have happened in the past, there’s a lot to look forward to in this one for Tiger fans.
Mainieri May?
Don’t let LSU’s rough April get you concerned. The month of May has been quite positive for them in recent years and is seen as the turning point because the team knows what’s on the line at that point. Getting a series win against the Razorbacks would be huge when it comes to seeding and improving your chances of making the NCAA Tournament. With the calendar flipping over, expect to see the Tigers flip the script.
