Storylines
Bounce Back Weekend
If LSU wants to have a shot of making the SEC Tournament, this weekend needs to be a lot better than the last outing on the road where they got swept by a middling team in South Carolina. The level of competition is a lot different with the Rebels being in the Top 10 in the nation in multiple polls, it will still be imperative that Hess and Hilliard each have bounce back games.
Offensive Outburst?
The Tigers seem to have everything in order for the first time in a long time with Josh Smith and Brandt Broussard back in the lineup. With those offensive weapons in place, the offense is getting some much needed rejuvenation. You can’t expect an outburst like they had a few weeks ago against Tennessee, but the Tigers can turn their fortunes around with the starting lineup they now have in place.
