Who Starts Sunday?
Paul Mainieri continues to tinker and it makes for an interesting storyline for what very well could be the rubber match on Sunday afternoon with the Sunday pitcher being TBA. With Caleb Gilbert underwhelming as a Saturday starter and that bumped up Ma’Khail Hilliard a day. That means the Tigers will likely have to rely upon a Jack/Johnny Wholestaff because you don’t want to put AJ Labas on the hill this week on short rest.
