LSU secured a big 34-10 win on the road against Arkansas on Saturday. Two Tigers were given SEC Player of the Week honors as a result.
Kicker Damian Ramos was named SEC Special Teams Player of the Week while tackle Emery Jones was awarded SEC Offensive Lineman of the Week.
Ramos made four field goals to help the Tigers secure the win. He tied a career long with a 48 yarder, also adding kicks of 47 and two from 33 yards.
The Baltimore native made both of his extra points as well and has now converted 114 in a row. He accounted for 14 of LSU’s 34 points in the win.
Jones helped the LSU offensive line now allow a sack for the sixth time in seven games this season. That unit has allowed just two all year which ranks as the second best mark in the nation.
