Former Tulane Baseball Coach Rick Jones came on Bumper to Bumper Sports with Ben Love to talk about joining fellow 2016 inductees like PJ Brown, Ben Sheets, and St. Thomas More Head Coach Jim Hightower this weekend in Natchitoches.
They also discussed his tenure at Tulane which lasted 21 seasons before stepping down inn 2014 due to health issues. One of the major talking points was Jones coaching the team the year after Hurricane Katrina. They even discussed current events like the number one national seed in the College World Series being a curse because no team since 1991 that was ranked at the top has won it all.
