Much like the rest of the NFL, the New Orleans Saints schedule was released on Thursday night and the season starts off with some brutal games.
The Saints will start off the season on the road for a Monday Night Football matchup against the Minnesota Vikings with kickoff at 6:10 pm. The Saints will then get to the Mercedes-Benz Superdome in week two against the New England Patriots before traveling again to take on NFC South foe Carolina.
The Saints will then make a trip across the pond before their bye week against the Miami Dolphins with kickoff for that set for 8:30 am. After the bye week, the Saints season continues to look difficult as they host Detroit Lions and travel to Lambeau to take onGreen Bay Packers on weeks six and seven respectively.
It does get a little easier for New Orleans as they get the Chicago Bears, Tampa Bay, and the Buffalo Bills in the middle of the season. They will also face off against the Washington Redskins in week 11 before traveling to the City of Angels to take on the Rams in week 12.
The final stretch of the season will see the Saints face off against the Falcons on Thursday night football on December 7th and again on Christmas Eve at home before finishing off the season at Raymond James Stadium to take on the Buccaneers.
