New Orleans Saints defensive end Cameron Jordan was named the NFC Defensive Player of the Month for his performances in November.

Jordan recorded 12 total tackles and five sacks last month. The Saints finished 5-0 in November. Jordan recorded three sacks in the 24-9 win over the Atlanta Falcons on Nov. 22.

Jordan has started every game for New Orleans this season. The Saints are 9-2 overall and they are currently on an eight-game winning streak. Jordan has totaled 42 tackles and 6.5 sacks this season. He was selected with the 24th overall pick in the 2011 NFL Draft.
