The New Orleans Saints replenish the wide receiver position by bringing back the former 2018 third-rounder out of UCF in Tre’Quan Smith.
The Black and Gold and Smith agreed to a two year deal with a base value of $6 million with the pass catcher having the chance to earn an extra $4.5 million in incentives.
2021 wasn’t what the young receiver was hoping for as he played only 11 games out of a possible 17 as he missed the first five games of the season. Smith only got 32 passes on 50 targets, 377 receiving yards and three touchdowns.
