Another former Raider is joining the Black and Gold. Wide Receiver Bryan Edwards has agreed to sign with the New Orleans Saints.
Terms and length of the contract have yet to be announced but the news was first made public by Ian Rapoport via Twitter:
Edwards will be entering his fourth year in the NFL and has recorded 48 catches for 779 yards and four touchdowns in 36 games played. His best season of the three was in 2021 with Las Vegas as he had 34 receptions for 571 yards and three scores.
New Orleans has started to fill the offensive specialist rooms for newly acquired Derek Carr as Michael Thomas returns, and Chris Olave and Rashid Shaheed enter their second year. Juwan Johnson and Taysom Hill are the lead candidates in the Tight End room while Alvin Kamara and Jamaal Williams look to be a 1-2 punch in the backfield.
