The New Orleans Saints are still making signings after starting Training Camp. Free Agent Tight End Chris Herndon IV will sign a one-year deal with the Black and Gold.
In his first four seasons in the NFL, Herndon was drafted, played his first three years with the New York Jets, and suited up for the Minnesota Vikings in 2021. In those years, he’s caught 75 passes for 836 yards and eight touchdowns in 49 games.
The Saints this offseason have signed multiple other tight ends like J.P. Hultz and Lucas Krull to compete for a role on this team as well as technically moving and labeling Taysom Hill in that position.
