After the New Orleans Saints made their final cuts on Tuesday afternoon, former Louisiana Ragin’ Cajun Christian Ringo made his way on the 53-man roster.
Ringo, who played for the Cajuns from 2011-2015, last played in a regular-season contest in 2018 for the Dallas Cowboys. After the 2018 season, the Jackson, Mississippi native had signed with the CFL in 2020, but later opted out of his contract with the Toronto Argonauts after the season was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
