The LSU Tigers will kick off SEC Media Days in Big D.
LSU head football coach Brian Kelly and three Tigers will leadoff 2024 SEC Media Days in Dallas on Monday, July 15, the Southeastern Conference office announced on Thursday.
The four-day event is scheduled for July 15th through 18th at the Omni in downtown Dallas. This will be the first year for SEC Media Days to be held in Dallas as the league welcomes the University of Texas and Oklahoma to the league for the 2024 season.
LSU will be joined on the first day of the event this year by Ole Miss, South Carolina, and Vanderbilt. Which players will be representing each school will be announced at a later date.
In two seasons in Baton Rouge, Kelly has led LSU to back-to-back 10-win seasons, a berth in the SEC Championship Game, bowl wins over Purdue and Wisconsin, and coached the program’s third Heisman Memorial Trophy winner in Jayden Daniels.
LSU opens the upcoming season against the University of Southern California in Las Vegas on Sunday, Sept. 1st.
