St. Landry Parish football will have a new broadcast home this season.

The St. Landry Parish Game of the Week will broadcast live every week on its new home, Z105.9 FM — The Soul of Southwest Louisiana. All 10 parish high schools will be featured throughout the season.

The duo of play-by-play announcer Jason Burns and color commentator Chad Jones return to call all the games across the parish during the 2025 season.

“I am thrilled about once again being part of the St. Landry Parish Game of the Week broadcast,” Jones said. “I have said this before, I simply love the people, in particular the students of St. Landry Parish. If I can be a small part of helping the students and people of St. Landry Parish, it is truly a blessing.”

In addition to broadcasting games every week on the airwaves, there will also be a recap of every game on www.Z1059.com. which is presented by Regional Homes of Opelousas.

In addition to listening to the St. Landry Parish Game of the Week on the radio dial, fans can listen online at www.z1059.com or on the free Z105.9 mobile app for both Apple and Android devices.
