I love the fire from Sean Payton. For some reason while I was watching some youtube videos during my so called lunch break, I ran into the Saints Head Coach handling questions after a loss last season.
I love how Coach Payton addressed the question and then told the media member to be quiet, I don’t think I’ve ever seen that before. This all happened after the Saints lost to the Detroit Lions after holding a 23-10 4th quarter lead. Payton got questioned on why he passed the ball to try to get the first down and ice the game instead of running the ball. It was a damned if you do, damned if you don’t situation.
Payton owned this press conference and since it’s well…Throwback Tuesday, I figured I’d share it. You got to love the fire from the Coach!
