5. The Beautiful Man
At 32, Cristiano Ronaldo just had an all-time year, capped off with one of the most historic victories in European Football history this past weekend when he led Real Madrid to their second consecutive UEFA Champions League title. That has never been done before. He won a bunch of trophies you have never heard of in the last 365 days, but trust me, they are all really prestigious and really hard to win. Nobody that handsome should be that skilled at anything, but life is unfair. He is Cristiano Ronaldo and we are not.
4. Eric Walker
Eric Walker is no diaper dandy. In the Regional clinching game against Rice, Walker struck out eight and pitched just over eight innings while only throwing the baseball 98 times. Efficiency and poise are the first two words that come to mind when you think of LSU’s vaunted new “3rd Starter.” At this point, Eric Walker is no longer a Freshman, he is a wily veteran and one of three aces in the rotation of a team poised to make it to Omaha.
Behind an absolutely dominant performance by @EricWalker_8, the Tigers shutout Rice, 5-0, to advance to supers! pic.twitter.com/1jDGR22O2F

3. Samoa Joe
Before last night, Robert Whittaker vs. Yoel Romero was the “Fight of the Summer,” but any time Brock Lesnar takes on a Samoan badass it is huge! Samoa Joe had a big win at Extreme Rules. This means we get Joey Headrocker vs. The Beast Encarnate one on one for the first time ever. The South Sea Strangler is admittedly not a good person, and he poses a serious threat to Brock Lesnar’s now incredible Universal title reign.
2. 40
The Astros have reached 40 wins before every team in MLB and it probably won’t be a full week until another club reaches that plateau. From clutch long relief outing by Chris Devenski to insane bench production from Marwin and Handsome Jake, this early season magic has been a collective effort. The Astros are not only riddled with superstars, but they have damn good hands in supporting roles. You do not win at a pace like this without all 40 men on the roster contributing in some way. The Astros are flat out ridiculous.

- Blessed Max
Max Holloway walked into another dog’s backyard and took his bone when he went to Brazil for UFC 212 and took the Featherweight division from Jose Aldo. The volume was too much for Aldo and Holloway’s incredible win streak has now reached 11. His last loss was to Conor McGregor who also vanquished Aldo, but as Holloway pointed out, that was in 2015. Holloway is the champ of 2017 and with McGregor chasing super fights in other sports, the “Blessed Dog” now runs the yard.
