5. Any Given Sunday
The Steelers were heavy favorites and got punched in the mouth by lowly Chicago. The Ravens were undefeated and facing a bad QB but got mollywopped in front of the Queen and the world. Denver went into Buffalo with the league’s second best QB and could not make it out unscathed. You think you know what’s what but never assume a thing. The NFL man. Damn.
4. Just For Fun
LSU was up, but not by a lot, and Danny Etling was looking pretty good, not great; so Ed Orgeron decided to give freshman QB Myles Brennan a chance at some reps in a game that was still competitive. A lot of people think Coach O did this hastily. Some think he overreacted to the game being closer than planned. I know Coach O did this just because it was a Louisiana Saturday nite and hell, why not shake things up just because? It all worked out in the end. No harm, no foul.
3. Watching Game Tape
When coaches encourage you to watch game tape on your own, they do not just mean your tape and your opponent’s tape. They mean watch everything. I can only imagine Bears DB Marcus Cooper learned this lesson the hard way and is being inundated with tweets linking him to another famous idiotic goal line fumble. If Cooper had googled “Leon Lett Super Bowl 27” when he was bored one day, none of this would have happened.
I bet Marcus Cooper had the MOST LIT touchdown celebration EVER, planned for us today. Sadly, now we’ll never know https://t.co/uy7U3jbTPQ

2. Mind Games
Kentucky played great on Saturday night and appeared to finally be on track towards exercising 30 year old demon in the Florida Gators. Unfortunately, that demon is not the actually Florida football team but a mental demon that the Wildcats failed to get over, giving up two unanswered scores and missing a game winning field goal at the end. Football is a mental game my dog.
1. The Big Doggggg
He beat and retired the Undertaker at Wrestlemania and beat John Cena clean on worldwide pay per view in the same year. As far as I am concerned he is having the greatest year in the sports history.
