The NCAA Transfer Portal officially opened on Monday, and there are plenty of players all across the country that are looking for new homes.
A trio of Louisiana Ragin’ Cajuns offensive skill players have added their names to that list as Terrance Carter Jr, Harvey Broussard III, and Dre’lyn Washington all announced their decisions on social media.
Carter Jr emerged as a top weapon on the offensive side for Louisiana this season. The redshirt sophomore tied for the team lead with 48 catches and was second with 689 yards this season. He also added four touchdowns. He was honored as a first team All-Sun Belt selection last week.
Broussard III made a name for himself as a contested-catch weapon for the Cajuns. The St. Martinville High School product caught 31 balls for 486 yards, good for third on the team in both categories. He also scored three times.
Washington battled a couple of injuries throughout the season, but still managed to accumulate 478 rushing yards, good for third on the team. He scored five rushing touchdowns, and also added six catches for 107 yards and a touchdown through the air.
