Perfect Game has released their 2025 College Pre-Season All-Americans and the state of Louisiana was well represented.
LSU’s Daniel Dickinson was a First-Team selection while Tigers’ pitcher Anthony Eyanson was a Second-Team member. For the Louisiana Ragin’ Cajuns, pitcher Chase Morgan made the Third-Team.
Dickinson is a transfer from Utah Valley, where he was ranked the number two portal addition by Baseball America. The junior from Richland, Washington is expected to contribute to Jay Johnson’s infield and hit 27 home runs in two seasons with the Wolverines.
Eyanson was also a transfer portal addition, coming in from UC San Diego. The Lakewood, California native is a right-handed pitcher that ranked fourth among Baseball America transfers. He made the All Big-West Team last year, posting a 3.07 ERA.
Morgan was a freshman standout for Matt Deggs last season. The Cypress, Texas native and lefty on the mound was named a Freshman All-American by multiple publications. He posted a 3.18 ERA for Louisiana and led the Sun Belt Conference in ERA during conference games.
