Aleah Craighton has been a standout player all season long for the Louisiana Ragin Cajuns. While the Cajuns were awaiting their opponent in the Baton Rouge Regional Final, the Sun Belt Conference conducted their spring meetings and announced that the junior was named the Sun Belt Conference Female Student-Athlete of the Year.
Craighton, a native of Prairieville earned first-team All-Sun Belt honors for the second consecutive season with over 40 RBIs and double digit home runs for the third straight season. She is also hitting .355 at the plate on the season.
