Storylines
Out for Vengeance
There’s no doubt in my mind that when the Cajuns take the field in Ruston, that they’re looking to dish it out against the Bulldogs just like they did less than a week ago when they were dominated 15-2. The biggest issue is that this pitching staff for Louisiana Tech is pretty solid and they proved that, stifling an offense that seemed to be turning the corner.
Perrin Expected to Start
While the Cajuns released the starters for Tuesday and Wednesday as being TBA, the expectations are that Austin Perrin will be getting the nod for the game in Ruston. Perrin has been a decent midweek starter and will need to have one of his best games tonight and hope for some run support if he wants the win.
