Ben McDonald joined Jordy on the eve of the Baton Rouge Regional at The Box. We hear that Coach Mainieri has named Jared Poche the starting pitcher for the opener against Utah Valley. Ben explains exactly why he thinks Coach Mainieri decided to go with a more veteran guy in game 1. Jordy also asks Ben to give us a preview of the rest of the teams involved in the Baton Rouge Regional. Ben tells us to be especially wary of Southeastern if the Tigers come across then throughout the Regional. Ben says that in this point of the season every team left has at least 1 very good pitcher or hitter. How important is it to get out to a good start during Regional play?
