The New Orleans Saints committed long term to kicker Wil Lutz on Wednesday morning with a five-year deal.
Lutz is coming off of a stellar 2018 season, missing only two field goal attempts and missing one extra point attempt. The former Georgia State Panther joined the roster just before the start of the 2016 season after originally signing as an undrafted free agent with the Baltimore Ravens.
Lutz has played in 48 career games and has made 87-of-100 career field goal attempts and has gone 148-of-153 on extra points in his three years in the league.
Contract details have not been given at the moment.
