During Saturday’s 3-2 victory over Arkansas State, Wyatt Marks did just that. That performance was enough to earn Sun Belt Conference Pitcher of the Week.
The junior out of St. Thomas More threw three innings on Saturday and faced the minimum, striking out seven of them. He also recorded his fourth save of the season on Thursday night with two strikeouts in two innings of work.
This is the third time this season that a Louisiana Ragin Cajun has been named Sun Belt pitcher of the week.
