After the wild game five, Los Angeles Dodgers outfielder Yasiel Puig mentioned that the World Series was going to go seven games. His prophecy was proven right on Tuesday night thanks to a big sixth inning that led to a 3-1 victory in Los Angeles.

George Springer drew first blood with a solo shot out to right center field in the top of the third to get a 1-0 lead. Justin Verlander seemed to be firing on all cylinders, but that changed in quick fashion in the bottom of the sixth.

After Chase Utley was hit by a pitch, Chris Taylor tied things up with an RBI double down to right field. Later in the inning, Corey Seager hit one all the way to the warning track before it was caught by Josh Reddick but it was far enough for Utley to reach home safely to give the Dodgers a 2-1 lead.

Joc Pederson put the final nail in the coffin in the bottom of the seventh with a solo shot out to left field, his third of the World Series.

First pitch for game seven is set for 7:20 pm and McCullers will get the start for Houston. Yu Darvish will take the bump for the Dodgers, but according to manager Dave Roberts, every pitcher will be available.
